  1. Siapkan 200 g Tauge, cuci bersih & tiriskan.
  2. Tambahkan 500 ml Air, bisa tambah kalau kurang.
  3. Siapkan 1 bh Bawang bombay ukuran sedang, kupas, potong 2 & iris tipis.
  4. Siapkan 2 siung Bawang putih, cincang.
  5. Ambil 2 batang Daun bawang, iris.

  11. Ambil secukupnya Garam.
  12. Siapkan secukupnya Kaldu jamur.
  13. Siapkan secukupnya Lada hitam bubuk.
  14. Ambil Bubuk cabe secukupnya (untuk taburan).

  1. Masukkan air ke dalam panci, beri kaldu ikan bubuk, aduk rata. Panaskan hingga mendidih..
  2. Masukkan tauge, garam & bawang putih. Masak kurang lebih 5 menit dengan panci yang ditutup..
  3. Lalu masukkan kimchi, bawang bombay, daun bawang, gula, kaldu jamur & lada hitam. Aduk rata. Masak kurang lebih 5-10 menit. Matikan api lalu tambahkan minyak wijen, aduk rata. Cek rasa, kalau sudah ok siap disajikan..
  4. Tuang ke mangkok saji, taburkan atasnya dengan wijen sangrai tumbuk & cabe bubuk. Sajikan panas-panas..
