  6. Setelah kentang bercampur dengan tepung, masukkan kentang ke dalam freezer selama kurang lebih 20 menit..
  7. Panaskan minyak goreng, goreng kentang dengan api kecil hingga 1/2 matang, kemudian kentang ditiriskan. Dinginkan kembali kentang di dalam freezer hingga kentang dingin..
