- Ambil 40 gr tepung almond (kalo nga ada bisa diganti terigu).
- Tambahkan 1/2 sdt bakingpowder.

- Mixer gula dan telur sampai mengembang.
- Lalu masukan whiping cream ke dalam adonan, MIXER DENGAN KECEPATAN RENDAH asal rata aja..
- Masukan terigu dan baking powder sambil diayak. Aduk rata pakai spatula..
- Tuang ke loyang dan masukan ke oven selama 35 menit (sesuaikan oven masing masing).
- Setelah matang test tusuk lalu potong potong setelah dingin.
